Great Visit
Cappadocia Explorer Tour
Everything worked the way it was advertised. Our cave hotel was fantastic. The tour guide spoke wonderful English and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. And the option hot air balloon tour was not to be missed.
Greece and Turkey
Best of Turkey and Greece Tour
The logistics were excellent. Drivers were timely, courteous, helpful. Flights were well arranged also. Tour guides, not so much. English spoken with a very heavy accent, in some cases. Also, the guides seemed intent on getting a specific message out, rather than listening to questions and trying to provide the specific information that the tourist wanted. Side trips to rug and pottery salesmen, who sometimes with used some strong sales pressure was not appreciated. All in all, very happy. I would just say that tour guides with better English skills would be an improvement.
TSC Travel were excellent
Cappadocia Explorer Tour
TSC Travel made arrangements that allowed us to have a wonderful time on our trip to Cappadocia. All of the activities were wonderful. We would like to especially commend Mensure, our guide for our private tour on our first day. She was great—showed us a variety of interesting sites and was very knowledgeable about the area. She even invited us to her wedding the following week (unfortunately, our travel plans did not allow us to accept). The balloon flight on the next day was also a highlight. The hike up the Rose Valley on the following day, with a group of about a dozen people, was a bit long, but very interesting.
We would also like to thank Okan Kutlu at TSC Travel for all his hard work on our behalf when our flight from Kayseri to Istanbul was cancelled due to thunderstorms over Istanbul. He was able to get us an additional night at the same hotel in Goreme (Doors of Cappadocia, which was a lovely place and very convenient) and reroute our flight through Nevsehir the next day (including transport from Greme to the airport) to get to Istanbul. The evening our flight was cancelled, we ran into a family who had been in the group on our Rose Valley walk. The said that their tour operator was of no help—they could not get any accommodation that night in the area nor a flight to Istanbul and ended up taking a fourteen our bus ride to get there. We knew that Okan had been extra helpful, but after hearing their tale, we so glad that we had chosen TSC Travel as our tour operator for our trip to Cappadocia.

I RECOMMEND TSC TRAVEL
Aegean Discovery Tour
My wife and I highly recommend TSC-Travel. We feel that (a) TSC gave us reasonable rates, (b) The itinerary was excellent, (c) the hotel accomodations were between "very good" and "excellent", (d) the free meals were also good; and (e) our Turkey tour guide Mustapha was patient, understanding, and had a lot of stock knowledge.
I am trying to reach the FAMILY OF 5 FROM ADELAIDE (Athy K). We exchanged email addresses before we left but I lost them. I hope Trip Advisor can help me here so we can share pictures of this great trip.

Some Disappointing Aspects
Biblical Turkey Tour
We normally organise our own trips and don't do tours but felt we would try one in Turkey as we had heard good things. And there were good things: air and land transport was reliable and efficient; hotels were well located; hot air balloon ride in Capadoccia was fantastic; some tour guides were excellent; and small friendly group sizes.
However, the morning pick-up times were extremely early, meaning we did not get the breakfasts we paid for and it was a long day; the tour to Ephesus was spoilt for us by a guide that we could barely understand and who took us to a carpet shop for two hours despite us clearly stating we were not interested; the four star hotels we paid for had great views but dreadful breakfasts - so I guess missing out on the other breakfasts had its good side.
We were not shown the exact itinerary before we left Australia so did not have the opportunity to examine the details. Overall, an interesting week but, as I said, some disappointing aspects.
