Congratulations to everyone at TSC. I would specially reccomend the spanish speaking guides we had during a whole day city tour in Istambul and our 3 days stay in Cappadocia.
My family (including two kids, ages 14 and 11) returned yesterday from a week+ in Turkey, with 2 days / nights in Cappadocia organized by TSC Travel. The experience was magnificent; and the level of professionalism by Okan and his team was impressive. My numerous pre- and mid-trip email questions / requests received responses within hours; and the level of detail around the planning and execution were exemplary. But, what truly blew me away was the value delivered on my investment. For what I considered to be a very reasonable sum, we received: flights to / from Instanbul, ground transport, private certified guiding services, admission to attractions, amazingly educational tours at artisans' studios (hand-made carpets, ceramics, and onyx), exceptional meals, and two nights' stay at a memorable cave hotel. More than once I checked my bill to confirm that the fee was, in fact, for the group...and not a per-person fee. This left plenty of our trip budget to spend on other Cappadocia attractions that were not included in the tour (most specifically a surprisingly expensive -- but truly unforgettable -- hot air balloon ride). I certainly intend to return to the region. When I do, I will definitely look to travel with TSC again.
The TSC service was very good and professional. Everything was punctual, well organized and highly detailed. We as tourists were treated with much respect and priority. The service is recommended for all who want travel or explore Turkey. Kudos TSC! We have just returned from a "weekend" trip to Cairo and it was amazing! We booked our two day tours through TSC Travel and they arranged everything from top to bottom.
We were met at the airport in Cairo by our assistant - Essam and Mohamed our flight was delayed a few hours and they were there with smiles and warm Egyptian welcomes. Along the way to the hotel, though late at night both gentlemen gave us tour along the way, pointing out the different interest points along the way.
We added a Pyramid Light and Sound show to our itinerary for the next evening, so glad we did, it was very interesting. The next morning off to the Pyramids where we met up with Suzan! What a wonderful, informative and special person. We learned so much from her talks and she knows everyone! Our second day was spent at the Museum and different areas of Cairo.
We had a wonderful trip thanks to the help of Ms. Melek from the Istanbul office and Essam, Mohamed and of course Suzan. Mr. Kutlu of TSC and his staff and associates all over do a fantastic job!
I was visiting India before I visited Istanbul and work with TSC for a 2 day/1 night trip to Cappadocia, I was totally dismay by the bad experience I had in India. Then TSC helped me to go to Cappadocia, which I was not certain about how I would be treated. I have to say that I have a very good time in Cappadocia because the efficient operation by TSC. They kept their words and deliver excellent service on everything. Thanks.
